Productivity

To be more productive, you need to:

  • Plan your day & use Time-Boxing – it makes it clear what you need to do – avoiding the “I should be doing something else” feeling, but don’t overplan and overthink – and rest assured, there will be distractions
  • Take breaks – think Pomodoro
  • Move – don’t sit for too long – stretch, do some Yoga / Pilates
  • Avoid distractions but listen to music without words
    • Put your phone out of reach / switch off notifications (phone, computer)
  • Declutter
    • your desk
    •  your computer screen
    • your filing structure
  • Have a clear end-of-day – especially if you work from home
